  • Modularity: Our sofas are modular systems. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct number of modules and configurations for their space.

  • Vacuum Compression: Our products are shipped in a vacuum-compressed state. After unboxing, the product will reach its final shape and firmness within 24–72 hours.

  • Pricing: All prices are as listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices may not include taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

3. Payment and Security

We accept credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Geography: We ship to the European Union and other specified regions.

  • Delivery Estimates: Stated delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs clearance.

  • Inspection: The customer is responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. Any visible damage to the exterior packaging must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt.

  • Slight variations in fabric color due to different monitor settings or lighting conditions.

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and the unique RollSofa design—is the property of RollSofa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
