1. 14-Day "Home Trial" Period

We want you to love your new setup. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you would like to initiate a return.

2. Condition of Return

  • Unopened Boxes: If the sofa is still in its original, vacuum-sealed packaging, we offer a full refund (minus return shipping costs).

  • Opened/Expanded Items: Because our sofas are vacuum-compressed for shipping, they cannot be returned in their original box once opened. If you have unboxed the item and wish to return it, the item must be in "like-new" condition (no stains, pet hair, or damage).

  • Repackaging: Since the original box cannot be reused, the customer is responsible for sourcing adequate packaging to protect the item during the return journey.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Choice: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or the style doesn't fit your room, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Due to the size of furniture, these costs can be significant.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the item arrives damaged or has a structural defect, RollSofa will cover 100% of the return shipping and provide a full refund or a free replacement.

4. The Refund Process

  1. Notification: Email us at rollsofa.europe@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. Inspection: Once the item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it for damages.

  3. Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Items damaged through customer misuse or improper assembly.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of original purchase.
